Top Chef Season 6 Episode 9, Top Chef s06e09, Top Chef Season 6 Episode 9 is all about teamwork. The first tag team Quickfire took place, with the chefs split into teams of four. Blindly groups must create a dish of poke in their refrigerators and make some quick decisions (in ten minutes, to be exact). While the chef cooks first, the others should be blindfolded, and not discussed. This is all about flavor profiles following styles and fusion cuisine. Not really strong most cooks’, especially when the brothers Eli and Voltaggio are paired with none other than Robin.

The red team, consisting of the chefs mentioned above, has created a meat dish with Asian flavors. The blue team composed of Kevin, Jennifer, Laurine Elizabeth and Mike, won the challenge with a sword fish dish. Guest judge Rick Moonen liked both dishes, but finally chose the team with less confusion. This team Quickfire, of course, created for the team challenge Ulimate: restaurant wars. Fortunately, the cooks are in charge of the decoration more (which was not the first). The blue team had an option of taking $ 10,000 for his Quickfire win or the game of money, but opted to play.
