Every player up for selection will be entering a world of pain in Oxford as they take the tougher-than-tough fitness test. It’s pretty straightforward, really, you run around a lot and it will hurt! We do the same fitness test as the England XV side, with one big vomit-inducing difference - the sevens lads do it twice with a two-minute interval between runs.
