Value City Furniture : Keith Koenig, the president and cofounder of City Furniture, loves the Bahamas — not just because of the beauty of the islands or the people, but also because the Bahamas is the company’s biggest export market.
City Furniture, a family-owned enterprise that is one of the country’s largest furniture retailers, has developed an export market in the Caribbean and Latin America over the years by being in the right place with the right products.
Even though the company does not actively promote its products offshore, Koenig said it ranks as South Florida’s largest source of furniture exports and one of the biggest nationwide.
”Visitors see the quality and value they can get from us at affordable prices, and often decide it’s better than what they can buy at home,” Koenig said.

Govt,Constitutional Committee Fail To Reach AccordDifferences have been surfaced between the government and Parliamentary Committee on Constitutional Reforms (PCCR) on presenting proposed draft of the constitutional package including 18th Amendment in the Parliament. Committee members said that constitutional recommendations have been prepared with consensus of all parties, so the government cannot take all the credit.
