Lahore, Pakistan:- PML-Q has decided to strongly oppose the NRO in the Parliament. Talking to media after PML-Q parliamentary meeting Party, Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain said that the party has decided to oppose the NRO inside and outside the Parliament. Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that NRO would weaken the Parliament, adding that the people would monitor as to who opposes and who supports it. He stressed that NRO aimed at legitimizing corruption. Anybody who votes in favor of NRO will go against his conscious, he added.
PML-N Chief Nawaz Sharif termed NRO as a ‘black law’ and a mud spot on the face of parliament. Talking to media after PML-N parliamentary meeting Sharif said that government shouldn’t bring such laws which defame parliament. He warned the government against making NRO a law. President Zardari should avoid passing such laws, he added. Sharif asserted that he always helped the government to flourish democracy.
