Pakistan: No Court Can Summon President of Pakistan: Aitzaz, Former President Supreme Court Bar Association Aitzaz Ahmad said on Thursday that no court could summon President of Pakistan under article 248 of the constitution even if National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) was repealed.
Aitzaz said there was no vacancy being vacated in President House. He reveled that a higher official of PPP had invited him for a meeting. Aitzaz said he will meet the person in coming two to three days in Islamabad. He refused to give details about the agenda of the meeting or the name of the official.
