ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Supreme Court’s judge Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan has taken oath as acting Chief Election Commissioner.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary administered him the oath in a ceremony held at the SC. Judges of the SC, acting attorney general, secretary election commission and other law officials attended the oath taking ceremony.
Justice Sardar Raza Khan will serve as acting chief election commissioner till November 26 in absence of Justice (R) Hamid Ali Mirza, the sitting chief election commissioner.
