PESHAWAR: Registrar Peshawar High Court Qalandar Ali Khan Saturday said that judicial system has been restored in most of the districts of Malakand division.
Talking to Geo News in Peshawar, he said the Judicial Officers have resumed their work in district Buner, Shangla, Upper Dir and Buttkhela Tehsil of Malakand.
He said camp courts have been set up in nearby districts for the people of Swat where cases are being disposed of.
As for implementation of Nizam-e-Adl Regulation, Qalandar Ali Khan said contact is being maintained with the provincial government in this regard and that its implementation will be undertaken after the overall situation improves.
