Last week we told you about the free yoga sessions running all month down at the Festival Centre.
Now we have news about free outdoor body balance classes at DIFC.
Held under the Gate Building, the sessions, which combine yoga, tai chi and pilates, will be taught by instructors from Fitness First on two days - Tuesday November 10 and Tuesday November 17.
The hour long classes are free to take part in and run from 6pm to 7pm on both days.
