Agility, a Kuwaiti firm supplying food to US sold-iers in Iraq and Kuwait, said it had been temporarily suspended, but not debarred, from new US government contracts pending the outcome of a grand jury indictment on allegations that it overcharged.
Agility was indicted on Monday. The firm is accu-sed of overcharging the US Army to the tune of $60 million over a 41-month period, on $8.5 billion worth of food supply contracts.
